wedding bands

On Saturday, Drew and I went wedding ring shopping. We decided that our Christmas gifts to each other would our wedding bands. Drew went into the store thinking that he didn't really care what it looked like, until he started trying them on. Suddenly, Mr. I-Don't-Care-I'm-A-Man started having an opinion.

He ended up picking out a white gold band:



But we are going to put a finish on it that darkens it and makes it look more antique. Kind of like this:



We only ended up buying his ring on Saturday. I picked out a simple diamond band that matched my engagement ring, but then the more I thought about it, the majority of the band would be hidden by my engagement ring. I think that I want to get something that is custom molded to go around my halo, but I don't know how stupid that will look.
